Radio work
In Auckland New Zealand I worked as a radio maker at 95bFM. 95bFM is an independent student radio station that has been broadcasting since 1969, making it New Zealand's oldest corporate-free broadcaster. 95bFM provides a voice for alternative music and independent journalism. I worked as a producer for current affairs show The Wire, had my own regular music show called ´Wave Selection´ and worked as a news writer and news reader.
I also made an audio piece for Newsreel World. Newsreel world is an educational podcast, made by prodcution company Whistledown for Sweden’s public service broadcaster UR.

Producer The Wire
The Wire is 95bFM's daily news & current affairs show higlighting contemporary political issues. As a producer for The Wire I prepared two or more interviews every week; doing research, interviews, hosting the show and podcasting the episodes.
Here are some examples of my work:
Make it sixteen with Sanat Singh and Golriz Ghahraman
ChatGPT and the decline of the creative process with Nir Eisikovits
The impact of budget cuts within the arts with Lauren Whitey, Mark Harvey and Cat Ruka
Why the world other humanitarian crises dont see the same response as Ukraine with Ritesh Shah
DJ Music Show Wave Selection
At 95bFM I had my own music show, Wave Selection, every Thursday morning from five to seven. Listeners could end their night, or begin their day by listening to dreamy and funky tracks. I also regularly filled in for other shows during the day. I love doing music research online or in vinyl stores discovering funk classics or new R&B artists.
News Writer & Reader
As a news writer and reader I did research for the morning news and wrote short stories to be broadcasted during the news.
Podcast maker
I made an audio piece for Newsreel World. Newsreel world is an educational podcast, made by prodcution company Whistledown for Sweden’s public service broadcaster UR. Newsreel world is part of the Swedish curriculum for teaching English as a foreign language and is listened to by every single 15-18 year old in the Swedish education system studying English. Each episode features two audio pieces by reporters from around the English-speaking world. I made a story about the plan of the New Zealand government to create a smoke free nation. The audio piece is available here: https://urplay.se/program/230709-newsreel-world-2023-03-18
